Nightshift takes a Gold and a Silver at the Loeries Awards 2017
When our MTN Brand ad, Nightshift, launched, we promised you that it would be the ad that South Africans would be singing to for months to come- and we weren’t wrong.
The ad captured the hearts of the country. Within months, we had over 3.5 million views online. Radio stations put this once super famous track back on the airwaves, and even Trevor Noah cribbed our ad for his famous Puppet Nation skits. And as if the enjoyment people got out of our ad weren’t reward enough, we were proud to be nominated across 6 categories at this year’s Loeries Awards.
This resulted in a Silver Loerie in the TV and Cinema Commercial (up to 90”) category and a Gold Craft award in the Best use of Licensed Music category. We worked with the best of the best to make this commercial possible, so a huge thank you to all involved.
